Industrial waste management

Sustainable solutions for your waste

Segregation of non-hazardous and hazardous industrial waste at an industrial site in Tangier

On an industrial site, waste is never an isolated subject: it touches production, safety, budget and regulatory compliance. As soon as a stream is badly segregated, a collection poorly scheduled or a document missing, the whole chain becomes fragile.

GreenMar takes care of every stage involved in collecting, segregating, disposing of and recycling your company’s waste. We provide the storage equipment, the advice and the practical measures to reduce the volumes you produce — and we document every collection.

One contact for every stream, hazardous or not

Rather than juggling several contractors by waste type, you hand all your streams to a single operator, based in Tangier, who adapts containers, frequencies and treatment routes to how your site actually works.

Two families of waste, two separate routes

Non-hazardous industrial waste

Cardboard, paper, plastic film and packaging, wood and pallets, metal offcuts, uncontaminated textiles. Streams with real recovery potential — provided they are segregated at source and consolidated.

Hazardous waste

Used solvents and thinners, waste oils, contaminated packaging and rags, aerosols, batteries, WEEE. Streams subject to strict requirements on containment, labelling, transport and disposal.

What it changes for you

Compliance you can evidence

Every collection is documented. In an inspection or a customer audit, your records are available and consistent with one another.

Workshops that stay clear

Containers sized on your real volumes and rotations matched to your production: no more skips overflowing on a Friday evening, no more informal storage on the shop floor.

Costs under control, stream by stream

Segregation at source turns a disposal cost into recoverable material. We identify the streams that can move from cost to value.

Paperwork taken off your hands

Consignment notes, register, certificates: we keep the file up to date so your QHSE team can get on with its own job.

What the service includes

  • Characterisation of your waste streams and a segregation plan matched to your process
  • Storage equipment provided: skips, bins, compactors, drums and IBCs
  • Scheduled collections in line with your production, with emergency pick-ups available
  • Transport of non-hazardous and hazardous waste to licensed facilities
  • Disposal and recycling according to the nature of each stream
  • Practical advice and measures to reduce the volumes you produce
  • Written records: collection notes, waste register, certificates

Typical situations

Automotive site running three shifts

Cardboard and plastic film saturating the docks between rotations. Our answer: a compactor in the logistics area, segregation bins at the line side, and rotations timed to shift changes.

Textile plant

Offcuts, cones and packaging mixed in with general waste. Our answer: a segregation plan per workshop, labelled containers, and clean offcuts moved to a materials recovery route.

Maintenance workshop

Waste oils, soaked rags and contaminated packaging stored without suitable containment. Our answer: approved drums and IBCs, a compliant storage area, and scheduled collections with documentation.

Logistics platform

Broken pallets and cardboard spread across the warehouse. Our answer: fixed collection points, consolidated streams and monthly tonnage reporting.

Method

How we work

  1. Site visit

We walk your workshops, identify the streams, the access constraints and where storage can realistically go.

  2. Management plan and quote

Stream types, containers, collection frequencies and expected cost, set out in a clear proposal.

  3. Setting up

Containers installed, segregation signage put in place and your teams briefed on what goes where.

  4. Running and reviewing

Scheduled collections, documents provided, and regular reviews of volumes and where they can be improved.

Frequently asked questions

Waste management : vos questions

Do you handle hazardous waste as well as non-hazardous waste?

Yes. GreenMar covers both families: non-hazardous industrial waste (cardboard, plastics, wood, metals, uncontaminated textiles) and hazardous waste (solvents, waste oils, contaminated packaging, aerosols, batteries, WEEE). Each family has its own containers, transport arrangements and treatment routes.

Do you provide the storage containers?

Yes, storage equipment is part of the service: skips, segregation bins, compactors, drums and IBCs, sized around your real volumes and the space available on site.

How often do collections take place?

The frequency is agreed with you at set-up, based on your volumes and your production rhythm. It can be adjusted over time, and one-off collections can be arranged during busy periods or shutdowns.

What documentation do we receive after a collection?

Every collection generates a note. Depending on the stream you also receive a disposal or recovery certificate, and all of it feeds your waste register, ready for an inspection.

Let’s talk about your waste, your volumes and your constraints.

Tell us what you need: we arrange a site visit and provide a costed proposal, free and with no obligation.
